Child Dragged by Bus: $2.5 Million Verdict Against Septa
An 8-year-old boy was attempting to board a Septa bus when he got trapped in the rear doors and was dragged. He suffered a debilitating leg injury. Septa denied the claim, stating that the child was a fare evader. Alan D. Pearlman, Esquire tried the case before a jury. The jury found Septa 100% at fault.
